Soshal was developed during a service design course in collaboration with Boporten, a real estate agency in Umeå. The project was initiated by Webbklar, a local web agency commissioned to build a tool supporting Boporten’s social media work. We joined to explore how workflows for real estate agents could be made more efficient.

Based on workshops and field research, we designed Soshal, a digital tool that uses AI and property data to help agents create consistent, on-brand content with less effort.
